FOTD: I have a confession to make

I did not work out this morning. In my defense, I could not sleep last night and boy did I try. The funny thing is the alarm clock rang and I do not even remember getting up, turning it off and going back to bed. That is how tired I was. I do have some good news, I had enough time to have breakfast before I left my place this morning! I was so proud of myself. Usually if Mr. P does not fix us breakfast, I do not eat. What helped this morning was that I prepared the night before.

Today for make-up I decided to match my jewelry. I do not care if it is a "no, no" or "tacky", I really like the colors of the necklace and earrings so I wanted the same colors on my eyes.

** My face routine is always the same. The only thing that ever changes is the blush, so after this post whenever I do an FOTD I will just list the blush. Unless I go a long time with out posting an FOTD then I will list everything again.

On other none make-up, workout news, guess what I got in the mail today?




Kimberly Tia's super cute Amigurumi monkey, who we have named George. I asked her to make it for me so that I can give to Mr. P as a present but I have fallen in love with him and I may have to snatch it for myself.

If you have not been to her craft blog, go NOW. She is super talented and super sweet. I just love her stuff.

Look out for other guest appearances from George. You never know where he may turn up. Look at how he already made himself at home with the bananas!

FOTD: I was so productive this morning

I am not 100 % happy with how my make-up turned out this morning. My eyeliner is proof that I have no business putting on liquid eyeliner before I have a cup of coffee in the morning. BUT I am happy that I actually had time this morning to put on make-up. It has been months since I wore make-up to work. All I have been wearing is tinted face cream, mascara and lipgloss.

Do you guys like my Beret? I had been eyeing it for a while on Torrid, they finally had a 50% off sale and I had to get it. The earrings I got in China Town in NYC and the necklace is from A Perfect Accessory.
