Speaking of Turquoise

I am addicted to Apartment Therapy. I spend so much time on that site day dreaming of different ways to decorate. If I had unlimited cash I would redecorate my home monthly.

Well, today I saw these pictures that they got from the blog House of Turquoise:

I would not mind having any of those rooms in my house. After saving the pictures into my inspiration file I went over to the House of Turquoise to see more pretty pictures and I found these:

Love the color on the walls of the nursery.

What a beautiful bedroom. Great color, light and chic.

I think the next place we move into I am going to at least paint one wall.

Ciao!! xoxo

I think painting one wall is a great way to use a strong color. In my first house I wanted to paint something RED. I had no particular reason except I had lived in apartments for so long, and was so bored with white walls that the most opposite that I could think of was red. But, I chickened out at the last minute and rather than doing a whole room, I just did one wall at the end of the living room. But I loved it and got a lot of compliments on that room.

I eagerly await the day when The Boy and I move into a place where I don't have to worry about painting anything, putting holes in the wall, or being loud.

I want a house!
