On 10/5/09 the FTC released regulations that affect bloggers when it comes to advertisements, endorsements, and reviews.
I know there are a lot of bloggers that get paid to advertise or review products. If any of you do any of the above please familiarize yourself with the new regulations as to avoid any problems in the future.
